Diedron has the capabilities to ensure an essential contribution, from the preliminary study phase, to the design of the supporting building work and the pollutant collectors, as well as choosing the most suitable filtration system and thus effectively providing complete turnkey installations.
In this context, experienced technicians work to ensure the utmost technological innovation and, therefore, the highest technical quality; in fact, only a quality product can improve the operating conditions of a machine tool, assuring a clean and healthy working environment. Our technical support accompanies the customer from the moment of product choice to final installation. Today, Diedron offers prompt and effective assistance also for post-installation maintenance and the supply of spare parts.
Production
In its production facility, Diedron srl is equipped with hydraulic presses up to 250t; mechanical presses up to 160t; finishing tools as well as TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal-arc Inert Gas) welding gear, including pulsed MIG welders; a pressure testing station; in-house tooling for constructing moulds and mechanical machining in general; a punch press, a press brake and laser cutter.
