MAGNETIC CLEANERS - SM SERIES
The "Diedron SM" series of magnetic filter units for cooling lubricants is recommended for all metal-working machine tools. They assure the separation of magnetic particles from emulsified and neat oils, with flow rates from 30 to 700 litres/min.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION 
The contaminated liquid is conveyed by gravity or pressure inside the filter unit, the rotating magnet mechanism traps the magnetic particles that are subsequently removed by a special comb blade which guides the sludge to the adjustable chute. The purified liquid passes into the containment tank and subsequently, depending on the manner of use, it is returned to the machine tool via an electric pump. The magnetic disk filter unit does not use disposable filter media, allowing for easy differentiated disposal of extracted sludge.

CONDTRUCTION FEATURES
The magnetic filter units are all made of sturdy galvanised steel, shaped and welded using a completely automated process and finished with powder coating. The construction is based on a structural frame to which is anchored a group of permanent magnets connected to a gearmotor via a drive shaft .
The standard units are supplied complete with variable pitch sludge scraping blades and adjustable slope chute. Available attachment accessories include covers and aerator pre-chambers, filtrate containment tanks, electric power control panel, recovery pumps and numerous other optional items.
In addition to the standard production range, Diedron srl offers highly customised solutions for specific customer needs.
