Thanks to the experience gained during years of collaboration with manufacturers of emulsified industrial oils and lubricants, DIEDRON SRL has developed a dual technology which enables the recycling of emulsions used in production processes by combining units from the CLEAN OIL and CLEAN TOWER product lines.
The combined use of the two systems ensures perfect emulsion filtration, especially for BIODYNAMIC emulsions, allowing for unlimited use over time without waste disposal. In fact, aerobic bacteria present in the emulsions, such as inert pseudomonas bacteria, will be kept alive by the combined effects of oxygenation and filtration in the CLEAN TOWER units. Emulsion contamination by bad smelling anaerobic bacteria, such as Desulfovibrio, will be eliminated entirely.
The CLEAN OIL automatic oil separation system employs surface skimming in the tanks and operates completely independently, ensuring complete filtration of the relevant surface areas. In a single work cycle, all residues of hydraulic and guideway oils, fungi and micro-particles with size less than a micron are eliminated in a manner that allows the base emulsion to be subsequently treated by fine filtration in the total absence of harmful insoluble compounds.
In conclusion, our experience as testified by many customers confirms that the use of this type of filtration assures complete elimination of emulsion disposal costs. Operating costs are also significantly reduced since the CLEAN OIL Separation Systems do not require consumable material and the CLEAN TOWER Filter Units generally require 4/8 cartridge replacements per year.
